I think I'm becoming a crazy glass lady (is vintage glass replacing cats as the new sad thing?!)
Josh and I drove to Bangalow, NSW today. He had a wedding and I went along with the promise of a lunch date beforehand. The one thing about marriage that has really surprised me is that, I live, sleep and eat with him... and still I crave more time. A long conversation is too short and a coffee date before work is almost a daily event. It's nice.(Unless I'm due for my period, hungry, tired.... or, heaven forbid, all three)
6 MONTHS!!!
There has never been so much love, happiness, forgiveness, patience or peace in my life than the past 6months. Joshua Daniel Withers has followed through on every promise, and blown away all expectations I’ve ever had of marriage. Signing that dotted line was the best choice ever! #bffforever
Darlin' Daughter
In life, I can promise you, that there will always be someone further ahead than you. There will always be someone richer, poorer, (more) engaged, (more) married, (more) pregnant, promoted, skinner and/or healthier than you. It’s easy to look around and see the things that others have and crave something other than what you have in your hands right now… but it will fullfil nothing. (In fact, it will leave you empty!!)
Be where you are.
Try not to think about where you need to go next or where you just came from. This is more difficult than it sounds, but trust me when I say that the best things in life will fall into place. Your daddy and I fell into place, I went from single to engaged in 6 (short, amazing, blissful) weeks. It’s important for your head, and your heart, to be present in the place where you are meant to be.

23
I had a wonderful birthday this year (having a husband and a birthday rocks) Friday night Jenna and I went out for drink…. think espresso martinis and over priced tapas (exactly what I was craving) Then came Saturday morning, Josh surprised me with a Glasshouse candle, a herb garden and the cutest succulent garden ive ever seen. We spent the morning having breakfast at James Street Markets and picking up cinnamon raisin bagels/kale/flowers for home (wearing my Jellies from Jaq and lippy from Jen). He then took me on a marathon Op shopping exhibition, where I picked up two Country Road (current season) tshirts and a cashmere Witchery cardigan! Score!! We finished off the day with free tickets to Keith Urban. Neither of us know much of his music, but we thought ‘why not!" He was amazing… such a nice down to earth guy who knows how to preform… such a fun night! I had the best birthday! Thank you to my dear friends and family for your words, cards, gifts and time. Ive never felt so loved, thank you for making the first day of 23 so wonderful. Ps, I start my new job in 8 days butterflies x
